Jan graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education before continuing on to her training as a remedial massage therapist. In 2004, she graduated from M.H. Vicars of Massage Therapy in Edmonton. Jan has worked in the Health and Fitness industry as a Fitness Consultant and Personal Trainer. She understands the physiological and anatomical functioning of the body very well and loves to help her patients be healthy & well!
